All massage treatments are tailored to your needs. Deep-tissue and myofascial techniques may be used to ease muscular tension and stiffness, while lighter pressure can be more suitable for general relaxation and unwinding. Massage is also great for increasing energy levels, increasing mobility and flexibility, boosting the immune system, improving circulation and toxin elimination, balancing the digestive system, and improving sleep patterns. All new clients will receive a free consultation before their first session to discuss any medical issues, ask questions and ensure they gain maximum benefit from the treatment.
Seated massage is a neck, back and shoulder massage that is performed without the use of oil, and clients remain fully clothed during the treatment. Depending on requirements, treatments can also include arm, hand and head massage as well as passive stretches. Ideal for the workplace as a quick stress buster during or at the end of a busy day. A minimum of 10-15 minutes per person should be allowed for group bookings.

The Pink Ribbon Programme is an exercise programme designed for people who have had breast cancer surgery, to help them regain mobility, flexibility, strength and range of movement.
Course of 6 sessions (60 minutes each)
If you are new to Pilates, one-to-one classes are a great way to start and build your confidence. All new clients start their first session with a postural assessment and a consultation to discuss any medical issues and requirements, enabling me to prepare a tailored programme. I can also offer two-to-one classes, where two clients can be instructed at the same time. Programmes may include elements of matwork, standing Pilates, fascial exercises and stretches, depending on clients' goals and abilities.

All classes held at my studio last one hour and have a maximum number of three participants to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. I use a variety of exercises to make it interesting and fun!
All participants are asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before joining a group class. All information provided is treated in the strictest confidence.
Please contact me if you would like to join a group class or if you and your friends would like to start a new one. Daytime and evening sessions are available. Courses are run during term time and are payable before the start of each half-term (usually 5-7 sessions). For those not affected by school holidays, I also offer optional classes outside of term time.
Course prices vary depending on the half-term and are charged at £12.00 per session, payable in advance.
